Turn garments inside out before washing.
Machine wash warm/cold with like colors.
Use liquid detergents formulated for dark colors.
Avoid bleach and detergents that contain color brighteners.
Tumble dry low. No dryer sheets.
Iron at warm/low, inside-out. Or use a steamer.
Do not dry clean.

The customer has the right to return the order within 3 days and replace the order within 10 days from the date of receiving the order
on condition :

- The customer bears the shipping costs in case of exchange and return
- In the event that the product matches the conditions of exchange and return, the shipping fee will be deducted from the amount of the returned products
- Free and discounted products cannot be returned
- You can exchange the discounted order within 3 days of receiving the order
- Products can be returned or exchanged through our branches

Replacement + Return steps:
You can submit a replacement or refund request via WhatsApp that includes the following information:
- Subject Replacement / Refund

- customer name
- Reason for exchange/return
- Name of the product to be exchanged/returned
